Quick Emergency Response
When there is a building envelope issue, a quick response can save thousands. We understand that and maintain a crew ready to react on short notice whenever possible. This can come with a higher up front price tag but the savings are always apparent
Security Clearance
Much feedback we have received from property managers lists the desire of the tenant to feel safe. Because we use the same crew at the Edmonton International Airport as we do on your site, all supervisors have security clearance of the strictest type. Additionally, we are aware when working outside or in someone's home and we minimize our intrusiveness. We do the job correctly but with as little impact as possible.
Breadth of Experience
We employ supervisors that are trained in all areas of construction. This allows us to have, at minimum, a base knowledge of anything we may run into. In an emergency this helps to minimize future damage and enables a temporary repair. In all other situations it enables us to see the project in the correct order to have it put together efficiently and correctly.
