About this policy
Proqual Construction and Innovations Inc. (“ProQual Construction”, “we”, “us”), registered in Alberta, Canada, explains here how information is handled when you use our website or send a website enquiry. For privacy questions, contact marlo@proqual.ca.
Information you provide
Our enquiry forms collect your name, email address, phone number, optional project notes and your consent to be contacted. We also record which form submitted the enquiry, a submission reference and its time.
Please provide only information needed to discuss your project. Do not include payment details, identification documents or sensitive personal information in project notes.
How enquiries are used
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project and manage related correspondence. The form asks for permission to contact you about that enquiry by email, phone and/or SMS. That permission is not a subscription to unrelated marketing.
Providers and email records
The website and enquiry service run on Replit. Submitted details pass through that service and its Microsoft Outlook connection to Microsoft 365 for email delivery to ProQual. A copy of the sent enquiry is saved in the connected mailbox’s Sent Items.
The enquiry application does not save your submission in a separate leads database or in your browser’s persistent storage. Enquiries and subsequent correspondence may remain in email records. This policy does not specify a fixed deletion period; contact us with questions about retention or a particular record.
Technical information and spam protection
The enquiry service uses temporary form tokens and hashed values derived from submissions to limit spam and duplicate messages. Application logs record request and delivery information, such as request paths, response status and submission references, rather than the contents of your enquiry.
Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to operate and protect their services.
Fonts, tracking and external websites
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends Google the technical information needed to request those files.
We have not added analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies to this website. This does not describe every technical mechanism used by hosting or other service providers.
Links to social networks, affiliates and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices and requests
You can contact us directly instead of using the enquiry form. To ask about information we hold about you, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw permission for further enquiry-related contact, email marlo@proqual.ca. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Any applicable legal obligations may affect what we can delete or provide.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website or information-handling practices change. The current version and its last-updated date will appear on this page.
