Tell us about your project.
Three ways we work on commercial property. Find the one that matches your building and what it needs next.
Renovating and fitting out existing spaces for new tenants, hotel guests, and businesses, including work within airport facilities.
Design and construction coordinated from the outset for commercial and municipal projects. This approach can also apply to renovations and fit-outs.
Ongoing care for buildings already in use, for the boards and managers responsible for keeping them in working order.
Proqual Construction always responds within 24 hours. They are innovative in their approach to repairs and they are always cost effective.
Every project begins with a conversation. ProQual listens to the client's ideas, priorities and constraints, then uses construction experience to help identify practical solutions.
Define and discuss the scope before work begins. Clear pricing and an agreed understanding of the work help clients make informed decisions and reduce misunderstandings.
Coordinate the people, materials and sequence of work around the project requirements. Thoughtful scheduling helps keep the work moving and makes dependencies visible.
Detailed daily reports and project management tools, including Procore, keep clients and trades informed. Regular communication makes it easier to address questions and changes as they arise.
Safety planning is part of the work, not an afterthought. ProQual's approach prioritizes the people on site and those affected by the project. Ask the team for current safety and insurance documentation for your project requirements.
The finished work should reflect the agreed scope and expectations. ProQual's approach includes addressing issues and remaining accountable for the quality of its workmanship.
From listening to your priorities through planning, construction and project completion, our process keeps the work focused on the space you need and the decisions that get it there.
